BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore City Police need help finding a man who escaped from police custody.
Police say Jermaine Stroud escaped after officers arrested him Thursday in East Baltimore.
They say he stole a woman’s purse.
Police won’t say how Stroud escaped, but they do believe he is armed and dangerous.
